OBJECTIVE To study the application of case teaching method in graduate teaching.METHODS Through the principles of authenticity,scientificity,interest and effectiveness,the case base of course was construc-ted,it was practiced for two semesters in the process of graduate teaching.The effect of teaching reform was evaluated by student evaluation,student achievement and other indicators.RESULTS Through the study and discussion of typical cases,this method could inspire learners to analyze and solve problems,improve the teaching effect effective-ly,enhance learners'learning interest and promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical work,help students master knowledge points and improve students'comprehensive quality.CONCLUSION The case teaching method improves the teaching effect,trains pharmaceutical talents with strong practical ability,it has good populariza-tion value.
