OBJECTIVE To explore the application of case-based teaching and ideological and political educa-tion in medicinal chemistry experiment teaching.METHODS Ideological and political education will be integrated into the whole process of medicinal chemistry experiment teaching by case-based teaching from the safety experiment perspectives,scientific spirit,green chemistry,and national pride,so as to improve the effect of collaborative educa-tion under the background of ideological and political education and medical chemistry experiment teach-ing.RESULTS The integration of ideological and political education and case-based teaching is not only an effec-tive way to improve students'experimental skills and strengthen their humanistic quality,but also an important mean to guide students to establish correct worldview,outlook of life and values.CONCLUSION Curriculum ideology and politics based on case-based teaching is an effective way to realize the integration of curriculum ideology and pol-itics with chemistry experiment teaching in the new era.
