Pharmaceutical Practice and Analysis of Sulfanilamide Desensitization Therapy in HIV Complicated with Pneumocystis jirovecii Yerbii Pneumonia:a Case Report
OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility and efficacy of sulfanilamide desensitization therapy in HIV complicated with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia.METHODS Combined with the condition and treatment process of patient,clinical pharmacists proposed and participated in the formulation of sulfanilamide desensitization scheme through the identification of adverse reactions.RESULTS The desensitization process of the patient was smooth,and no corresponding adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up treatment.Finally,the patient achieved remarkable therapeutic effect,whose condition was significantly improved.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists play an important role in safe medication and the formulation of drug therapy for patients.
