Analysis on Drug Use of Pediatric Outpatient Prescriptions in Primary Hospital
OBJECTIVE To analyze the non-standard prescriptions of pediatric doctors in primary hospitals and improve the level of rational drug use.METHODS A total of 3520 outpatient pediatric prescriptions from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected for statistical and inductive analysis.RESULTS There were 120 irrational prescriptions in 3520 pediatric prescriptions,accounting for 3.41%of the total number of prescriptions investiga-ted.Respiratory diseases were the main common diseases in pediatrics.Among them,1658 cases were treated with Western medicine,1640 cases were treated with Chinese traditional patent medicine,and 222 cases were treated with Western medicine combined with Chinese traditional patent medicine.In the aspect of irrational drug use,it was mainly repeated use,improper dosage,incompatibility and so on.CONCLUSION Rational drug use in pediatric outpatient department needs to be strengthened.Through the timely information feedback of irrational drug use and the training of related drug knowledge,the safety and effectiveness of drug use in pediatric outpatient can be improved.
