OBJECTIVE Strengthen the application management and intervention of antibiotics,accurately con-trol the use intensity of antibiotics,and comprehensively promote the rational clinical use of antibiotics.METHODS The control plan for the intensity of antimicrobial use had been formulated,and a series of measures of limited daily dose,comprehensive avoidance of discharge medication,transfer of dosage according to medical advice,double ap-proval,excessive department comment limit,joint intervention and treatment course reminder were carried out to strengthen the scientific and precise control of AUD.RESULTS The intensity of antimicrobial use from June to De-cember 2021(29.02±3.19)decreased significantly as compared to the same period last year(37.07±1.99),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);the frequency of special use grade antimicrobial use during June to December 2021(3472.00),a decrease of 39.31%compared with the same period last year(5720.71).CONCLUSION Through the formulation of the project Gantt map,based on the hospital information system,the in-tervention measures are implemented item by item,which can effectively reduce the intensity of antimicrobial use and ensure the safety,effectiveness and economy of patients.
