Multidimensional Analysis of the Effect of Psychopharmacological Com-prehensive Talent Training
OBJECTIVE The effect of psychopharmacological comprehensive talent training analyzed from mul-tiple perspectives.METHODS The ideological and political elements were integrated into the Psychopharpharma-cology course for 2019 psychiatry undergraduate major in a medical university in Henan province.The teaching con-cept of holistic education was introduced,and a variety of methods such as questionnaire survey,score analysis and data analysis were used to evaluate and analyze the learning effect from multiple perspectives such as formative evalu-ation,summary evaluation and teaching satisfaction evaluation.RESULTS After finishing the course of Psychophar-macology,the students′scores reached above the medium level,and they developed initially the ability of dialectical analysis,improved the ability of logical thinking,enhanced the ideological and moral quality,and established firmly the fundamental responsibility of teaching and educating people.According to the questionnaire analysis,students have higher satisfaction with the teaching effect of psychopharmacology.CONCLUSION The comprehensive talent training mode of Psychopharmacology course not only improved the professional outlook and values of undergraduates majoring in psychiatry,but also enhanced the dialectical analysis,logical thinking,comprehensive quality and scientif-ic research writing ability of students,which improved the teaching effect,and provided reference for the teaching re-form of similar majors.
