产业需求驱动下高职药品质量与安全专业"岗课赛证创"融通实践教学体系的构建与实践

目的 目前高职药品质量与安全专业人才培养尚不能很好地满足行业企业快速发展的需求,学生动手能力与创新能力不足,职业素养不高,迫切需要进行实践教学改革.方法 分别从目标体系、内容体系、管理体系、评价体系、保障体系进行具体研究,构建实践教学体系,在校三年期间实现实践教学一体化设计.结果 通过实施与验证,学生学习兴趣和学习主动性提高,学生职业能力水平和职业素养均有明显提升.结论 构建的高职药品质量与安全专业"岗课赛证创"融通的实践教学体系符合技术技能人才成长成才规律、切合产业发展要求、契合区域经济发展需求.
Construction and Practice of the Practical Teaching System for the Inte-gration of"Post Course Competition Certification and Creation"for Phar-maceutical Quality and Safety Majors in Higher Vocational Education Driv-en by Industrial Demand
OBJECTIVE At present,the talent cultivation of pharmaceutical quality and safety majors in voca-tional colleges cannot meet the rapid development needs of industry enterprises.Students′ hands-on and innovative abilities are insufficient,and their professional literacy is not high.There is an urgent need for practical teaching reform.METHODS Conduct specific research on the target system,content system,management system,evaluation system,and guarantee system,construct a practical teaching system,and achieve integrated design of practical teach-ing during the three-year period of school.RESULTS Through implementation and verification,students′ interest and initiative in learning have improved,and their professional abilities and qualities have significantly im-proved.CONCLUSION The practical teaching system of the integration of"post course competition certification and creation"in the field of pharmaceutical quality and safety in vocational colleges conforms to the growth and de-velopment laws of technical and skilled talents,meets the requirements of industrial development,and meets the needs of regional economic development.
