Research on Improving the Safety of Oral Antitumor Drugs Based on"In-ternet+"Pharmaceutical Care Model
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of"Internet+"pharmaceutical care model in improving the safety of oral antitumor drugs.METHODS Eighty patients who took oral antitumor drugs in our hospital from March to October 2022 were selected,40 of them received pharmaceutical care based on"Internet+"as the observation group;the other 40 patients received regular pharmaceutical care and served as the control group. The medication compliance, occurrence of medication errors, mastery of medication health knowledge and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The good compliance rate of the observation group was 92.5%;while the control group was 82.5%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Medication errors occurred for 3 times in the observation group and 10 times in the control group, the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge of medication was increased in both groups after intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pharmaceutical care was 100%in the obser"Internet+"pharmaceutical care model, the medication compliance of home patients can be improved, the incidence of medication errors can be re-duced,and the medication health knowledge of patients can be improved, thus improving the medication safety of oral antitumor drugs.
