OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the review of medical orders for"mixed drops"of multiple drugs(including two or more main drugs),and to ensure the safety of clinical drugs.METHODS The hospital HIS system extracted 81323 multi-drug compatibility"mixed drops"medical orders reviewed by the intravenous drug dis-pensing center, and classified them according to the purpose of medication. The rationality of co-use and compatibility stability were analyzed by referring to the literature.RESULTS There were 7 types of"mixed drops"medical or-ders with multi-drug compatibility, including 28 main drugs such as 10%potassium chloride,10%sodium chloride, insulin and vitamin C,among which magnesium sulfate and papaverine, vitamin B6 and vitamin C,insulin and ampho-tericin B,compound glycyrrhizin and glutathione had incompatibility. The compatibility stability data of phloroglucin-ol,compound monomammonium glycyrrhizate S,acyclovir, alprostadil and other drugs were less,so the combination with other drugs should be avoided. The compatibility of electrolytes and water-soluble vitamins was controversial and should be used according to the instructions.CONCLUSION The"mixed drops"of multi-drug compatibility can-not be simply regarded as the addition of two drugs. In addition to the reference materials, the combination of compat-ibility results in practical operation should be comprehensively analyzed to ensure the safety of clinical drugs.
