Evaluation and Analysis of Anticoagulant Drugs Use in Perioperative Peri-od of Joint Replacement
OBJECTIVE To evaluate and analyze anticoagulant drugs used in patients undergoing joint replace-ment surgery in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use of anticoagulant drugs in orthope-dics.METHODS Using PASS system,the patients received joint replacement from January to December 2022 were selected for each 300 cases in two joint surgical departments,and were retrospectively analyzed according to the drug instructions and guidelines.RESULTS For inpatient medical orders,there were 33 cases(21 cases of off-label use of aspirin)and 40 cases(38 cases of off-label use of aspirin)of irrational use of anticoagulant drugs in the first and second joint surgical department respectively.For discharge medical orders,there were 30 cases(24 cases of off-label use of aspirin)and 262 cases(254 cases of off-label use of aspirin)of irrational use of anticoagulant drugs in the first and second joint surgical department respectively.CONCLUSION The joint surgical departments of our hospi-tal has still significant opportunities for enhancement in the rational use of anticoagulant drugs.The management of anticoagulant drugs in orthopedics needs continuous improvement.
