OBJECTIVE Taking a hospital as an example,this paper analyzes the implementation of the policy of national centralized drug procurement,and summarizes the problems and suggestions in the process of implementa-tion.METHODS Analyze the actual execution effect,completion status of centralized procurement tasks,and prob-lems encountered during the execution process of partial batch quantity procurement in a certain hospital.RESULTS The execution of the third batch of centralized procurement with quantity was good,but with the comprehensive imple-mentation of centralized procurement tasks,the completion of some batch of centralized procurement varieties was not i-deal.CONCLUSION In order to better implement the task of centralized quantity procurement,firstly,to improve the quality of drugs and ensure clinical efficacy;Secondly,it is necessary to increase the acceptance of centralized procure-ment of drugs by doctors and patients and increase publicity;Thirdly,medical institutions need to improve the monito-ring system for the completion of centralized procurement tasks,regularly count the completion rate of tasks through in-telligent means,and link the completion rate with clinical performance to improve the enthusiasm for clinical use of centralized procurement drugs.
