OBJECTIVE To determine the prescription,process parameters and packaging system of sodium bi-casbonate Ringer's injection through experiments.METHODS The dosage of citric acid,pH conditions in the process,sterilization conditions and packaging system were screened.RESULTS According to the selected prescrip-tion,process parameters and packaging system,the products meeting the quality standards can be pro-duced.CONCLUSION The production of sodium bicarbonate Ringer's injection according to the determined pre-scription process is stable,easy to operate,and the product quality is safe and controllable.
