摘要
泽泻汤由泽泻和白术两味药组方,为利水除饮,健脾制水的经典名方,具有利尿、抗结石、保肾护肝、降血脂、降血糖、抗炎等药理作用,现代临床多应用于治疗高血压病、高血脂症、眩晕病和脑供血不足等疾病.本文在文献基础上,结合中医理论,基于"五原则"理论,从质量传递与溯源、成分特有性、成分与有效性关联、复方配伍环境和成分可测性这五个方面对泽泻汤的质量标志物(Q-marker)进行预测分析,以期为泽泻汤质量控制研究提供参考依据.
Abstract
ZeXie decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine prescription,composed of two herbs:ZeXie and BaiZhu,which can be used to promote diuresis and eliminate fluid retention,and invigorating the spleen to make wa-ter.It has pharmacological effects such as diuresis,anti calculi,kidney and liver protection,lowering blood lipids,low-ering blood sugar,and anti-inflammatory.And the clinical studies have also showed ZeXie decoction was effective for the treatment of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,dizziness,and cerebral blood supply deficiency,etc.Based on litera-tures and guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory,this article predicts and analyzes the quality markers(Q-markers)of ZeXie decoction from five principles:quality transmission and traceability,component specificity,correla-tion between components and effectiveness,compound compatibility environment,and component measurability,in or-der to provide reference basis for the quality control research of ZeXie decoction.
