Investigative Research and Development Considerations for the Medicinal Diet of the She Ethnic Group in East Fujian
OBJECTIVE To conduct an investigation and research on the medicinal diet of the She ethnic group in East Fujian.METHODS The common varieties of medicinal diet and customary recipes of the She ethnic group in Min Dong were surveyed and studied through visits and questionnaires.RESULTS A total of 20 commonly used medicinal dietary prescriptions of the She ethnic group were collected,30 varieties of medicinal materials used in these dietaiy prescriptions were organized,the characteristics and current development and utilization status of the East Fujian She ethnic medicinal diet were summarized,and ideas for industrial development were pro-posed.CONCLUSION Clarifying the customary recipes and commonly used medicinal ingredients of the She eth-nic group's medicinal diets can provide a certain reference for the inheritance and development of the She ethnic group's medicinal diets in East Fujian.
