Research on the Application of Mixed Teaching Mode in Pharmaceutical Management Teaching
OBJECTIVE To understand the characteristics of mixed teaching mode and the reasons for the use of this mode in Pharmaceutical Management,and to explore the application of mixed teaching mode in Pharmaceutical Management.METHODS The case analysis method is integrated into the teaching design.On the basis of students'online independent learning in advance,each meeting class is carried out with case teaching around the concise theme.RESULTS The traditional teaching mode,the classroom student participation is not high,less thinking train-ing,teaching material content relative lag,poor teaching effect,the hybrid teaching mode and the introduction of mod-ern education technology record students learning process can effectively improve these problems,make the students become the master of the classroom,improve the students'learning enthusiasm and initiative.CONCLUSION This model fully embodies the concept of"taking student development as the center"and promotes the realization of the goal of curriculum education.
