OBJECTIVE To explore the process and method of establishing clinical rational use path of antitu-mor traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injection.METHODS Through a brief review of the formulation process of clinical rational use of antitumor TCM injections in our hospital,the key points and problems of clinical pharmacy were sorted out.RESULTS The formulation principle of clinical rational drug use pathway covering the whole process of drug use and setting the focus of pharmaceutical care in stages was formed.CONCLUSION The overall clinical application of TCM injection is somewhat flexible and lacks high-quality evidence-based evidence.When for-mulating the clinical rational application path,in addition to formulating the monitoring points in strict accordance with relevant guidelines,consensus and norms,it is also necessary to flexibly set the implementation details of the path combined with the characteristics of the hospital.
