Retrospective Analysis of 61 Cases of Adverse Reactions of Nonionic Iodide Contrast Agents
OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristics and related rules of adverse reactions(ADRs)of non-ionic iodide contrast agents in cardiovascular hospitals.METHODS 61 cases of nonionic contrast media-relat-ed adverse drug reactions(ADRs)reported in a cardiovascular hospital from September 2018 to April 2021 were classified and analyzed by age, gender,ADR type, drug use and clinical manifestations, and the results were compared with literature reports.RESULTS The incidence of adverse reactions in the hospital was 0.267%,0.176%,0.667%,0.230%and 0.354%for iodoxanol injection. There were 3 serious adverse reactions(0.0131%).There were 48 acute ADRs(78.69%),13 delayed ADRS(21.31%),and no late ADRs.CONCLUSION The inci-dence of ADR of non-ionic iodide contrast agents in this cardiovascular hospital is lower than that reported in the lit-erature,the incidence of serious ADR is consistent with that reported abroad, and the incidence of delayed ADR is lower than that reported in most previous studies.
