Practice and Discussion of Improving Pharmaceutical Care Based on Regional Version of Pre-review Prescription System
OBJECTIVE To introduce the establishment of the regional version of pre-prescription review center and the practical experience of the pre-prescription review system in pharmaceutical service,and to evaluate the oper-ation effect of the regional version of the pre-prescription review system.METHODS By taking the stand-alone re-view prescription from August to November 2021 as the control group(before the regional pre-review prescription was online)and the regional review prescription from August to November 2022 as the observation group(after the re-gional pre-review prescription was online),the qualified rate of hospital prescriptions,the proportion of various types of irrational prescription intervention,and the success efficiency of manual prescription review intervention were com-pared before and after the operation of the regional version of prescription review system.RESULTS After the oper-ation of the regional version of pre-prescription review system,the qualified rate of prescriptions and the success rate of manual review intervention were greatly improved.Among them,the qualified rate of prescription increased from 94.5％to 98.0％,the success rate of pre-review unreasonable prescription intervention increased from 47.29％to 73.41％,The success rate of each type of unqualified prescription intervention was significantly improved,and the data obtained were statistically significant.CONCLUSION Compared with the single version of the pre-prescription review system,the regional version of the pre-prescription review system can achieve the homogeneity of prescription review within the medical alliance,play a good role in improving the prescription qualification rate and the level of ra-tional drug use in the medical alliance,and can find the problem of irrational drug use in a timely and effective way,effectively ensure the drug safety of patients.It is a good model for the pharmaceutical service of the hospital under the medical alliance.It is worth popularizing and applying.
