OBJECTIVE To strengthen the fine management of drugs in hospitals,improve the data analysis a-bility of pharmacists,realize the automation and query function of data analysis,and provide data support for the dy-namic supervision of centralized procurement of drugs and anesthetic drugs.METHODS The data visualization tool Power BI was used to build a service,make reports,query the drug usage and comparison,and realize the visual man-agement of drug use in each department.RESULTS Through the software,pharmacists can accurately query the quantity and amount of drugs used in any time dimension,and realize data analysis automation.CONCLUSION With the help of data management tools,pharmacists can improve their data analysis ability and work efficiency,and help strengthen the fine control of drugs in hospitals.
