目的 研究中药艾菖香精油的抗菌活性,为进一步开发利用中药复方精油提供理论支持。方法 通过水蒸气蒸馏法从中药复方粗粉中提取出艾菖香精油,测量比重(ρ)及得率。用抑菌圈实验测定大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌对艾菖香精油的敏感度,同时使用微量肉汤稀释法得到艾菖香精油对这6种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以评价精油的抑菌作用。结果 艾菖香精油的ρ=0。94 g/cm3,得率为1。30%;精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒菌的抑菌圈直径分别为 27。0 mm、26。0 mm、25。7 mm、10 mm、25。7 mm 和 22。3 mm,相应的 MIC 分别为 1。175 mg·mL-1、2。350 mg·mL-1、2。350 mg·mL-1、9。400 mg·mL-1、0。588 mg·mL-1、2。350 mg·mL-1。结论 艾菖香精油对6种细菌均有抗菌活性,其中对伤寒杆菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌活性最佳。
Studies on the Antibacterial Activity of Ai ChangXiang Essential Oil
OBJECTIVE The antibacterial activity of Ai ChangXiang essential oil was studied to provide theo-retical support for the further application and utilization of the essential oil of traditional Chinese herbal formu-la.METHODS The essential oil was extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine crude powder by steam distil-lation and the specific weight and extracted yield were detected too.We tested the sensitivities of Escherichia Coli,Staphylococcus aureus,drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella typhi and Bacillus paratyphosus to Ai ChangXiang essential oil using the inhibition zone test.Additionally,we determined the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Ai ChangXiang essential oil against these 6 species of bacteria using broth microdi-lution method to assess its antibacterial effect.RESULTS The ρ=0.94 g/cm3 and extracted yield was 1.30%.The size of the inhibition zone of essential oil against E.Coli,S.aureus,drug-resistant S.aureus,P.aeruginosa,S.typhi and B.paratyphosus were 27.0 mm,26.0 mm,25.7 mm,10 mm,25.7 mm and 22.3 mm,and the corresponding MIC were 1.175 mg·mL-1,2.350 mg·mL-1,2.350 mg·mL-1,9.400 mg·mL-1,0.588 mg·mL-1 and 2.350 mg·mL-1,respectively.CONCLUSION The efficacy of Ai ChangXiang essential oil against 6 species of bacteria was demonstrated,as well as its antibacterial effect on S.typhi and E.Coli was the best.
