Development of a Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Method for Dihydro-ergotoxine Methanesulfonate Sustained Release Tablets Based on Re-sponse Surface Method
OBJECTIVE To optimize the parameters of the release rate reciprocating cylinder of dihydroergot mesylate sustained-release tablets using response surface methodology.METHODS After obtaining the factors that have a significant impact on the response value(f2)through single factor research,the response surface method is used to optimize the relevant parameters.Based on the Box-Behnken central combination experimental design princi-ple,the parameters of the reciprocating cylinder are optimized at three factors and three levels,and the results were analyzed and statistically analyzed.RESULTS Establish a model f2=-4.94A2-2.46B2-9.09C2-5.55AB+6.27 AC+4.15BC-5.54A-1.38B+5.39C+58.15.According to the software calculation,the optimal experimen-tal parameters were obtained.After experimental verification,the response results were basically consistent with the software calculation results.CONCLUSION Based on software calculation,the optimal experimental parameters were obtained.After experimental verification,the method has strong durability and discrimination.
