摘要
目的 建立同时测定乙肝灵胶囊中五种主要成分含量的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法.方法 流动相为乙腈-0.05％磷酸水溶液,色谱柱为C18色谱柱,检测波长为232 nm(芍药苷检测),258 nm(大黄素、大黄素、大黄酚检测),323 nm(绿原酸检测).结果 本法线性关系良好(R≥0.995),精密度RSD均小于2％.结论 该方法高效便捷,可用于乙肝灵胶囊的质量控制.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection(HPLC-DAD)method for simultaneous determination of five main components in YiGanLing Capsules.METHODS The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05％phosphoric acid aqueous solution,the chromatographic column was C18,the de-tection wavelength was 232 nm(paeoniflorin detection),258 nm(emodin,emodin,chrysophanol detection),323 nm(chlorogenic acid detection).RESULTS The linear relationship of the method was good(R≥0.995),and the precision RSD was less than 2％.CONCLUSION The method is efficient and convenient,and can be used for the quality control of YiGanLing Capsules.
