Research on Teaching Practice of Anesthesia Pharmacology Course with the Goal of Improving Job Competence
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of using a clinical case teaching mode in anesthesia pharmacology instruction,with a focus on enhancing job competence.METHODS We chose students majoring in anesthesiology in our university of grade 2020 as teaching subjects.The anesthesia pharmacology courses were taught using the clinical case teaching mode.After completing the course,students'learning abilities were evalu-ated based on their assessment scores and questionnaire survey responses.Additionally,feedback was collected re-garding students'satisfaction with the clinical case teaching model and their perceived job competence.RESULTS The students demonstrated excellent mastery of the subject knowledge,and both their learning abilities and job com-petence showed improvement.The students held a positive attitude towards the clinical case teaching mod-el.CONCLUSION The clinical case teaching model has the potential to enhance students'job competence,and its instructional effectiveness is noteworthy,making it a valuable approach to be promoted in anesthesia pharmacology teaching.
