目的 建立替罗非班药物利用评价(Drug use evaluation,DUE)标准,为临床合理应用替罗非班提供参考.方法 根据替罗非班说明书内容,结合相关指南和文献,经过临床和药学专家讨论,建立替罗非班DUE标准.标准内容包括用药指征、用药过程和用药结果三个方面,对福建医科大学附属第一医院2022年1月～2022年6月使用替罗非班的住院患者病历采用回顾性调查的方法进行评价.结果 本次共收集病历信息133份,使用替罗非班的合理率为46.62％,不合理使用情况主要是超说明书用药(53.38％).结论 替罗非班DUE标准有较强的科学性、实用性和可行性,提示对药品说明书的修改迫在眉睫.
Establishment and Application of Drug Use Evaluation Standard of Tirofiban
OBJECTIVE The drug use evaluation(DUE)criteria of Tirofiban was established to provide refer-ence for rational clinical application of Tirofiban.METHODS According to the contents of the tirofiban specifica-tion,combined with relevant guidelines and literature,the Tirofiban DUE standard was established after discussion by clinical and pharmaceutical experts.The standard contents include three aspects of medication indication,medication process and medication result.Finally,the medical records of hospitalized patients receiving Tirofiban in the First Af-filiated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to June 2022 were evaluated by retrospective investi-gation.RESULTS A total of 133 medical records were collected.The survey results showed that the rational rate of using Tirofiban was 46.62％,and the irrational use was mainly off-label drug use(53.38％).CONCLUSION The Tirofiban DUE standard can be used as the criterion for evaluating rational drug use in clinic and also as the guide for clinical drug use in medical and health institutions.
