儿童肠外营养液称质量复核法在静脉用药调配中心的应用

摘要
目的 在我院原有儿童肠外营养液成品核对方法的基础上,探讨儿童肠外营养称质量法复核法的可行性.方法 测定儿童肠外营养液外包装平均质量以及药品的体积质量转换值,用于计算儿童成品营养液的理论质量,形成规范的称质量复核流程.结果 实施称质量法复核儿童肠外营养液后,外差错率从0.11％下降至0,内差错检出率从0.78％上升至1.51％.结论 称质量复核法核对儿童肠外营养液是有可行的,有效提高了药师的调配精准度,减少外差错的同时有效提高了内差错的拦截率,保证了患儿的用药安全.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE On the basis of the original method of checking the finished parenteral nutrition solu-tion for children in our hospital,to explore the feasibility of the review method of weighing mass method for parenteral nutrition for children.METHODS The average mass of the outer package of children's parenteral nutrition solution and the volume-to-mass conversion value of the drug were determined,which were used to calculate the theoretical mass of children's finished nutrition solution,and to form a standardized weighing mass review process.RESULTS After the implementation of the weighing mass method to review children's parenteral nutrition solution,the external error rate decreased from 0.11％to 0,and the internal error detection rate increased from 0.78％to 1.51％.CONCLUSION Weighing quality review method to check children's parenteral nutrition solution is feasible,effec-tively improve the pharmacist's mixing accuracy,reduce the external error while effectively improve the internal error interception rate,to ensure the safety of children's medication.
