摘要
目的 探讨肺曲霉病肺叶切除术后复发可能的因素,以及术后是否需继续行抗真菌治疗.方法 临床药师通过参与1例肺曲霉病右肺上叶切除术后患者的治疗过程,分析患者胸腔积液的原因,并提出合理的治疗方案及预防措施.结果 通过抗真菌治疗及胸腔积液引流等治疗后,患者胸水基本吸收.结论 建议肺曲霉病肺叶切除术后继续行抗真菌治疗,特别是有支气管结构改变基础的患者.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Explore recurrent possible factors of pulmonary aspergillosis after lobectomy,and wheth-er to continue antifungal treatment after surgery.METHODS In this study,clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a case of treating aspergicgillosis after right upper lung lobectomy,and analyses the causes of the patient's pleural effusion.In the end,clinical pharmacists put forward a reasonable treatment plan and preventive meas-ures.RESULTS After antifungal treatment and pleural effusion drainage,the patient's pleural fluid was basically ab-sorbed.CONCLUSION It is recommended that patients who have accepted pulmonary phytomies should continue with antifungal treatment,especially in patients with underlying diseases which were bronchial structural changes.
