Retrospective Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in Our Hospital from 2021 to 2023
OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors and regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in a hospital so as to improve of ADR supervision mechanism and to provide reference for clinical safe drug use.METHODS The ADR cases in this hospital reported to the National Center for Adverse Drug Reaction Monito-ring from 2021 to 2023 were collected and ADR type, reporter occupation, patient gender and age, medicine type, route of administration,ADR involved organ-system and clinical manifestation, days of drug used and clinical outcome were summarized and analyzed. The Pareto analysis was conducted to find out the main influencing factors of ADR.RESULTS A total of 745 ADR reports were included with 446(59.87%)general ADR reports and 299(40.13%)serious adverse drug reaction(SADR).Clinical pharmacists(72.62%)were the main reporters. The ratio of male to female involved was 1∶1.05 and the mean age was(64.08±14.24)years.51≤Age ≤90 for ADR;51 ≤ Age ≤ 80 for SADR,intravenous injection and medicine types(anti-tumor drugs,anti-infective drugs and drugs acting on the blood and hematopoietic system)were primary factors causing ADR and SADR.The highest incidence of ADR was on the 1st day(36.38%)of drug use.The highest incidence of SADR was blood system damage. The damage of skin and its accessories was relatively mild, but the occurrence time was relatively fast, which is an impor-tant signal indicating the occurrence of ADR.The vast majority of clinical outcomes of ADR patients were improved or cured.CONCLUSION The monitoring and evaluation work of ADR should be strengthened, focusing on the moni-toring of drugs used in elderly patients, intravenous administration,anti-tumor drugs,anti-infective drugs and drugs acting on the blood and hematopoietic system,so as to escort the clinical safe use of drug.
