基于FOCUS-PDCA法优化智能化手术室药房药品管理的探索

摘要
目的 优化手术室药房药品的管理,保障患者用药安全.方法 调查我院手术室药房药品的管理情况,按FOCUS-PDCA法优化智能化手术室药房的药品管理,达到药品使用闭环可追溯,并将执行FOCUS-PDCA前后的各项指标进行比较分析.结果 实施FOCUS-PDCA后,药品库存周转天数、麻醉医生管理药品时间分别为(9.75±0.05)天、(8.00±0.82)min/台,与开展前相比均有所下降,具有统计学差异(P＜0.01);麻醉药品处方合格比率达到100％,较之前有所上升(P＜0.05),帐物相符率达到99.22％,较之前有所上升,但无统计学差异(P＞0.05).手术室医务人员的满意度有所提高,达到95.91％.结论 实施FOCUS-PDCA后可以实现手术室药房智能化管理,使手术室药品管理更加规范化、科学化和精细化,促进药品合理使用,提升手术室药品管理水平,保障患者用药安全,具有一定的推广应用价值.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the management of drugs in surgical pharmacy and promote the drug safe-ty of patients.METHODS The management of drugs in surgical pharmacy was investigated,The intelligent manage-ment of surgical pharmacy was achieved according to FOCUS-PDCA method.The closed-loop traceability of drug use in the surgical pharmacy was achieved,and compare and analyze various indicators before and after the implementa-tion of FOCUS-PDCA.RESULTS After the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA,the turnover days of drug inventory and the working time of anesthesiologists for preoperative preparation and postoperative drug billing were(9.75±0.05)day and(8.00±0.82)minutes/unit,respectively,which showed significant differences compared to before(P＜0.01);The qualified rate of narcotics prescriptions reached 100％,which was higher than before(P＜0.05),and he congruity between the account and the drug was 99.22％,which was higher than before,but there was no sta-tistical difference(P＞0.05).The satisfaction of hospital staff in the surgical pharmacy has increased,reaching 95.91％.CONCLUSION After implementing FOCUS-PDCA,intelligent management of surgical pharmacy could be optimized,making drug management more standardized,scientific,and refined than before in the surgical pharma-cy,which not only promote the rational use of drugs,improve the level of drug management in the surgical pharmacy,but also ensure patient medication safety.It has certain application value.
