摘要
目的 介绍中国医院药物警戒系统(CHPS)的功能和前期准备工作,探究CHPS在市级辖区医院的应用效果,进而为更多市级监测机构推广CHPS提供经验.方法 分别收集辖区内三家国家哨点医院的药品不良反应报告,比较CHPS应用前后2年内的上报例数和报告类型的差异.结果 CHPS实现了药品不良反应辅助快速上报、主动监测、智能搜索、重点监测和信息反馈等功能等功能,药品不良反应报告数量和质量得到明显增加.结论 CHPS的应用可提高医院药品不良反应监测水平,为加强药品上市后安全性监管奠定信息基础.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE The paper Introduces the functions and preliminary preparations of the Chinese Hospi-tal Pharmacovigilance System(CHPS),and explores the application effect of CHPS in hospitals in municipal dis-tricts,so as to provide experience for more municipal monitoring institutions to promote CHPS.METHODS The ADR reports of three national sentinel hospitals were collected respectively,and the differences in the number of re-ported cases and types within 2 years before and after the application of CHPS were compared and ana-lyzed.RESULTS CHPS implements functions such as ADR-assisted rapid reporting,active monitoring,intelligent search,key monitoring and information feedback,and the quantity and quality of ADR reports have been significantly increased.CONCLUSION The application of CHPS can improve the ADR monitoring level in hospitals and lay an information foundation for strengthening the safety supervision of the post-marketing drugs.
