高效液相色谱法同时测定护肝宁片中虎杖苷和白藜芦醇含量研究

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定护肝宁片中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷含量的方法。方法 色谱条件:色谱柱为安捷伦XDB-C18(4。6 ×250 mm，5 µm)，流动相∶乙睛∶水(A∶B)梯度洗脱(0～30 min:A 22％～40％，B 88％～60％;30～40 min:A 40％～22％，B 60％～88％);检测波长:306 nm;流速:1。0 mL·min-1;进样量:10 μL。结果 虎杖苷在2。2298～22。2977 μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0。99999)，平均回收率=103。1％，RSD=1。7％;白藜芦醇在1。0008～10。008 μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0。9999)，平均回收率=99。7％，RSD=1。2％。结论 本测定方法简便可行，重复性好，可用于护肝宁片的质量控制。
Simultaneous Determination of the Content of Polydatin and Resveratrol in HuGanNing Tablets by HPLC
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol and polydatin in Hu-ganning tablets.METHODS Chromatographic conditions:chromatographic column was Agilent XDB-C18(4.6 × 250 mm,5 µm),mobile phase∶acetonitrile∶water(A∶B)gradient elution(0-30 min:A 22％-40％,B 88％-60％;30-40 min:A 40％-22％,B 60％-88％);detection wavelength:306 nm;flow rate:1.0 mL·min-1 injection vol-ume:10 μL.RESULTS Polydatin in the range of 2.2298-22.2977 μg·mL-1 showed a good linear relationship(r=0.99999),the average recovery was 103.4％,RSD=1.5％;Resveratrol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0008-10.008 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.7％,RSD=1.8％.CONCLUSION The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of HuGanNing tablets.
