Abstract
This paper explores the reasons for the emergence,construction,and practical analysis of an innovative pharmaceutical service model.It discusses the establishment of pharmaceutical service modules through home-based medical bed services,providing personalized pharmaceutical services to patients,including medication regimen adjust-ments,medication reminders,dissemination of popular science articles,and online pharmacist consultations,to en-hance the rationality,compliance,and safety of medication use among patients.The appl ication of this model provides new ideas and directions for innovation and development in the medical field,and can offer patients a better medical experience and treatment outcomes.
