Application Analysis of Unmanned Self-service Medicine Cabinet in Fever Clinic of Our Hospital
OBJECTIVE To analyze the application effect of unmanned self-service medicine cabinet in fever outpatient department of our hospital,and to provide important reference for the automatic and intelligent development of fever outpatient pharmacy.METHODS The actual application effect of unmanned self-service medicine cabinet in our hospital was evaluated by analyzing the use of unmanned self-service medicine cabinet in the fever outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from June to August 2022,and statistics were made on patient dispensing amount,device dispensing amount,patient taking medicine time and patient satisfaction.RESULTS From June to August 2022,a total of 5,238 patients and 16,914 boxes of drugs were dispensed in self-service medicine cabinets.The average drug taking time of patients was 2.8 min,which was significantly shortened compared with the previous manual dispensing mode.In addition,patients were very satisfied with the unattended self-collection mode,with a satisfaction rate of 95％.CONCLUSION The unmanned self-service medicine cabinet has played a huge advantage in the fever out-patient pharmacy of our hospital.Based on the whole-process traceable information management system,it ensures the safety of patients'medication and realizes the intelligent management of fever outpatient pharmacy.
