运用PDCA管理工具提高物流机器人送药下病房运行效率

目的 探索PDCA管理工具在提高物流机器人送药下病房运行效率的应用。方法 通过成立CQI小组,针对物流机器人送药下病房使用过程中存在问题,运用头脑风暴法进行PDCA管理,对主要问题进行原因分析并制定改进措施。结果 运用PDCA管理后物流机器人送药下病房的病区覆盖率由原来的50%提升至84%;物流机器人配送次数由1735次(2023年1月份)提升至3729次(2024年1月份),增长了115。9%;平均收货时长由896秒(2023年1月份)降低至375秒(2024年1月份),用时缩短了 521秒。结论 PDCA管理工具的应用大大提高了物流机器人送药下病房的运行效率。
Using PDCA Management Tool to Improve the Operation Efficiency of Lo-gistics Robot Drug Delivery Ward
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of PDCA management tools in improving the operation effi-ciency of wards under logistics robots.METHODS In view of the problems existing in the use of logistics robots in the ward,a CQI team was established.The brainstorming method was used for PDCA management,the causes of the main problems were analyzed,and improvement measures were formulated.RESULTS After the application of PDCA management,the ward coverage rate of logistics robot drug delivery ward increased from 50%to 84%.The number of logistics robot deliveries increased from 1735 times(January 2023)to 3729 times(January 2024),an in-crease of 115.9%;The average receiving time was reduced from 896 seconds(January 2023)to 375 seconds(Janu-ary 2024),with a reduction of 521 seconds.CONCLUSION The application of PDCA management tool has greatly improved the operation efficiency of the ward under the logistics robot drug delivery.
