目的 对门诊药房自动发药机相关数据进行分析,设计储位优化方案,从而提高调配效率和准确度,为优化自动发药机药品储位提供参考。方法 基于数据挖掘技术的方法,对医院门诊药房CONSIS系统2022年9月和2023年3月 自动发药机的发药数据进行分析。运用EIQ-ABC法对药品进行分类,筛选出入机的药品品种,之后将筛选出的药品采用轨道利用率算法定量调整入机药品数量和轨道数,提高药品调配自动化率。结果 与优化前(2022年9月)比较,优化后(2023年3月)品种自动化率从42。10%上升至44。21%,全机内处方率从33。84%上升至37。28%(P<0。05),患者平均取药时间从8。05min下降至6。45min,药师平均调配时间从0。89min下降至0。78min(P<0。05)。结论 基于数据挖掘技术,运用多种方法设计优化储位方案能够更有效的提高调配效率和准确度,缩短患者取药时间,提升药学服务水平。
Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Optimization of Drug Storage in Auto-matic Dispensing Machines Based on Data Mining Technology
OBJECTIVE Analyze the relevant data of automatic dispensing machines in outpatient pharmacies,design storage optimization plans,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of dispensing,providing reference for opti-mizing the drug storage positions of automatic dispensing machines.METHODS Based on data mining technology,analyze the dispensing data of the automatic dispensing machine in the CONSIS system of the hospital outpatient pharmacy from September 2022 to March 2023.Using the EIQ-ABC method to classify drugs,screen the types of drugs entering and exiting the machine,and then use the track utilization algorithm to quantitatively adjust the num-ber of drugs entering and exiting the machine,thereby improving the automation rate of drug dispensing.RESULTS Compared with before optimization(September 2022),after optimization(March 2023),the variety automation rate increased from 42.10%to 44.21%,the overall prescription rate increased from 33.84%to 37.28%(P<0.05),the average medication taking time of patients decreased from 8.05 minutes to 6.45 minutes,and the average dispensing time of pharmacists decreased from 0.89 minutes to 0.78 minutes(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Based on data mining technology,using multiple methods to design and optimize storage plans can more effectively improve allocation efficiency and accuracy,shorten patient retrieval time,and improve pharmaceutical service levels.
