摘要

目的了解医生对国家基本药物的认知情况.方法:发放KAP调查问卷.结果:收集样本124份.相关性分析显示,行为与认知呈正相关(r=0.490,P＜0.01);态度与认知呈正相关(r=0.259,P＜0.01);态度与行为呈正相关(r=0.425,P＜0.01).结论:多数医生不了解基本药物定位,对基本药物疗效和安全性缺乏信心,可通过加强宣传,建立奖惩机制等促进基本药物合理使用.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To find out the knowledge of doctors about national essential drugs.METHODS KAP questionnaires were distributed.RESULTS 124 samples were collected.Correlation analysis yielded that be-haviour was positively correlated with cognitive support(r=0.490,P＜0.01);attitude was positively corr-elated with cognition(r=0.259,P＜0.01);and attitude was positively correlated with behaviour(r=0.425,P＜0.01).CONCLUSION Most doctors do not understand the positioning of essential medicines and lack confidence in their ef-ficacy and safety;measures such as strengthening publicity and establishing reward and punishment mechanisms.
