摘要

目的 确定指标权重,优选川香解郁饮提取工艺,为川香解郁饮进一步开发研究提供参考依据.方法 以洋川芎内酯A、新橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅲ和出膏率为评价指标进行评分,结合正交试验结果优化川香解郁饮提取工艺参数.结果 洋川芎内酯A、新橙皮苷、白术内酯Ⅲ分别在80~10000 ng·mL-1、80~10000 ng·mL-1、40~5000 ng·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系(R为0.9945~0.9956);综合打分确定的川香解郁饮最佳提取工艺条件为处方药材加6倍量的水,每次1.5 h,煎煮提取3次.结论 综合评分结果合理,符合中医治疗的整体理念.优选得到的工艺稳定、可行,重复性好,可为后续制备工艺标准提供科学依据.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE The extraction process of ChuanXiang JieYu Drink,which could provide a reference for the further development of ChuanXiang JieYu Drink,was optimised by determining the weights of the indica-tors.METHODS The indicators included ligustrolactone A,neohesperidin,atractylenolide Ⅲ and paste yield was used to score.And the parameters of ChuanXiang JieYu Drink were optimized by combining with the results of orthog-onal experiments.RESULTS The results showed good linearity(R=0.9945-0.9956)within 80-10000 ng·mL-1,80-10000 ng·mL-1 and 40-5000 ng·mL-1 for ligustrolactone A,Neohesperidin and atractylenolide Ⅲ,re-spectively.And the optimal extraction process conditions,which was determined by comprehensive evaluation accord-ing to the weighting coefficients,were as follows:add 6 times the amount of water with the prescribed herbs,decoct and extract for 3 times and each for 1.5 h.CONCLUSION The comprehensive score is reasonable,and it con-formed to the overall concept of Chinese medicine treatment.The process obtained by the preferred method was sta-ble,feasible and reproducible,and it could provide scientific basis for the standard of preparation process.
