Pharmaceutical Consultation Practices of Clinical Pharmacists in Manag-ing Drug-Induced Fever in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of fever in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS A pharmaceutical consultation was conducted by a pharmacist for a patient with cerebral infarction,analyzing the causes of fever and assisting physicians in developing a treatment plan.RESULTS The physician adopted the pharmacist's suggestions,and the patient's fever was effectively con-trolled.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can play a proactive role in the treatment of fever in patients with cer-ebral infarction by carefully understanding the medication history.
