Observation on the Efficacy of Pressure Therapy Combined with Drug Therapy for Liposcleroderma
OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of pressure therapy combined with drug therapy for liposclero-derma.METHODS The clinical data of patients with liposcleroderma diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were analyzed.A total of 35 cases were enrolled and divided into a control group(16 cases)and an experimental group(19 cases).The control group was treated with compression therapy,low-dose corticosteroid short-term therapy,intravenous active drug therapy,and low-dose antithrombotic drug therapy.The experimental group was treated with the drug sulodide on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Compare the clinical symptoms and general information of the two groups before treatment,and compare the clinical symptoms of the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treat-ment.RESULTS Compared with the clinical symptom scores and general data of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant.After 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups improved,and the improvement in the experimental group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION Compression therapy combined with drug therapy can effectively im-prove the clinical symptoms of patients with lipid scleroderma,and the addition of suloxidide is beneficial to better and faster relief of symptoms.
