摘要

目的 构建国家三级公立医院绩效考核合理用药指标信息化体系,提高考核数据统计效率,保障统计过程中重要数据的完整性和准确率.方法 分析国家三级公立医院绩效考核中合理用药评价指标的定义、计算方法、意义和内涵,信息药师基于Excel VBA编程技术编写考核指标自研计算器,通过历年数据比对验证,建立合理用药相关指标的信息化体系,比较6个月相关指标常规统计和自研程序统计两种方法的用时和准确度.结果 应用Excel VBA编程技术后,数据上报的准确性提高到100％,数据统计的时间缩短到10 min.结论 通过运用Excel VBA技术构建的国家三级公立医院绩效考核合理用药指标信息化体系,具有较高的工作效率和数据准确性,可以大幅度减少工作人员的工作量和工作强度,VBA语言作为医院信息管理系统的补充,也可以为药事管理的精细化水平提供更为切实的数据决策参考.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To construct an information system for performance appraisal of rational drug use indi-cators in national tertiary public hospitals,improve the statistical efficiency of appraisal data,and ensure the integrity and accuracy of important data in the statistical process.METHODS Information pharmacist analyzed the defini-tion,calculation method,significance and connotation of evaluation indexes of rational drug use in the performance appraisal of national tertiary public hospitals.And then,Information pharmacist wrote self-developed calculator of ap-praisal indexes based on Excel VBA programming technology,and established an information system of related indica-tors of rational drug use through the comparison and verification of data over the years.The time and accuracy of con-ventional statistical method and self-developed statistical method were compared for 6 months.RESULTS After the application of Excel VBA programming technology,the accuracy of data reporting was improved to 100％,and the time of data statistics was reduced to 10 minutes.CONCLUSION The information system for performance appraisal of rational drug use indexes of national tertiary public hospitals built by using Excel VBA technology has high work efficiency and data accuracy,which can greatly reduce the workload and work intensity of staff.VBA language is a supplement to the hospital information management system,also can provide more practical data decision-making ref-erence for the refinement level of pharmacy administration.
