Analysis and Discussion on The Operation of Pharmaceutical Care of Pharmacist-managed Clinics of A Basic Hospital
OBJECTIVE To understand the operation of pharmacist-managed clinic in a hospital,to analyze the effectiveness and shortcomings,and to promote the development of pharmacist-managed clinic in a hospi-tal.METHODS To introduce the working mode of pharmacist-managed clinic,collected the records of pharmaceu-tical care in the pharmaceutical outpatient department of our hospital from January 2024 to September 2024,and ana-lyzed the date of the personnel composition,classification of pharmaceutical care contents,and types of drugs consul-ted,and analyze the main factors of pharmaceutical care contents and types of drugs consulted by using Pareto chart.RESULTS A total of 469 pieces of information of outpatient pharmaceutical care were included,mainly for elderly patients and parents of children,and there were 10 categories of pharmaceutical care contents,with the main factor was guidance on special dosage forms,and the secondary factor was usage and dosage;and there were 11 cate-gories of drug classifications,with the main factors were antiviral drugs,cardiovascular system drugs,and respiratory system drugs,and the secondary factors were endocrine system drugs and gastrointestinal system drugs.CONCLUSION Pharmacist-managed clinic play an important role in pharmacy practice,which can improve the recognition of doctors and patients,enhance the value of pharmacists,and guarantee the rational used of drug,however the basic pharmacist-managed clinic are still in urgent need of the State to further improve the construction of the system,formulate a standardized model,and promote the healthy and orderly development of the pharmacist team.
