真空钎焊炉全工艺过程温度场数值模拟及工艺优化

发现已经建立的某产品真空钎焊炉升温和钎焊过程中温度场的数值模型在降温阶段误差较大,并不能适用于钎焊生产的全过程.文中通过改变冷却水水温等参数,并延长实际测温时间,充分收集降温阶段的温度场数据,对模型进行优化,使模型能真实模拟真空炉内工艺全过程的温度变化,并通过校正后的模型找出升温最快及最慢的工件,从而对生产工装和钎焊工艺进行了优化,且根据温度场模型预测了全工艺周期.
Numerical simulation of temperature field and process optimization of vacuum brazing furnace
The numerical model of temperature field in vacuum brazing furnace had been established,but it was found that the model was not suitable for the whole process of brazing.In this paper,the model was optimized by changing the water temperature and other parameters of cooling water,and prolonging the time of actual temperature measurement,the model could simulate the temperature change of the whole process in the vacuum furnace,and found out the fastest and slowest work piece by the corrected model,thus the best production process of the new work piece was worked out,according to the temperature field model,the whole process cycle was predicted and compared with the actual process cycle.
