Research progress on green remanufacturing and repair technology for mining components
To promote the development of the mining remanufacturing industry,research was conducted on the progress of green remanufacturing and repair technology for mining components from the perspective of sustainable development of mining engineering.Elaborate on the basic connotation of green remanufacturing production mode,and analyze the current development status of the remanufacturing industry from two aspects:continuous optimization of industrial policies and technological environment,and gradual increase in the number of pilot enterprises.Through in-depth research,it was found that overlay welding repair technology was an early commonly used remanufacturing technology for mining components.However,uneven heating of the workpiece during overlay welding could easily lead to defects such as significant internal stress and deformation.Thermal spraying repair technology could form a layer of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating on the worn surface of parts,and had broad application prospects.Brush plating repair technology,suitable for surface wear treatment of lighter mining components.With the combination of remanufacturing technology and laser cladding technology,laser remanufacturing repair technology had been developed,comprehensively improving the automation control and large-scale production of green remanufacturing repair for failed components.
