20MnMoNb钢接管内壁不锈钢耐蚀层的TIG/FCAW自动堆焊技术

碳钢接管内壁堆焊耐蚀层是中厚壁复合板压力容器最常用的接管结构形式,该形式具有小直径接管内壁堆焊空间受限、大直径接管内壁堆焊面积大的特点.文中以某项目不锈钢复合板三相分离器的20MnMoNb钢接管内壁不锈钢耐蚀层堆焊为例,根据管内径尺寸和堆焊效率选用TIG或FCAW自动堆焊方法,对基材20MnMoNb锻件进行焊接性分析,通过焊接工艺评定试验,制订合理的TIG/FCAW自动堆焊焊接工艺和过程质量控制措施,获得了良好的耐蚀层堆焊质量,满足了接管的力学性能及耐蚀要求.
TIG/FCAW automatic overlaying technology of stainless steel corrosion resistant layer on nozzle inner wall of 20MnMoNb
The carbon nozzle inner wall overlaying corrosion resistant layer was a common structure type on nozzle of media and heavy composite plate pressure vessel.This type was characterized by limited overlay space on small diameter nozzle and large overlay area on large diameter nozzle.Taking the corrosion resistant overlaying layer on 20MnMoNb nozzle inner of stainless steel composite plate three-phase separator as an example,by welding procedure qualification test,the weldability of 20MnMoNb forging was analyzed in the paper,made reasonable TIG/FCAW automatic overlaying procedure and process quality control measures,and got corrosion resistant layer with good quality,met the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance requirements of the nozzle.
