GTAW weldability analysis of 08X16H11M3 and 316H stainless steel
08X16H11M3 and 316H stainless steel are suitable for high temperature service environment by increasing C content, which brings hot crack, intercrystalline corrosion, high temperature durability and other problems in welding. In this paper, welding problems caused by increasing C content in welded joints were solved by optimizing welding parameters, and the welding mechanism was analyzed and revealed. At the same time, this paper put forward the welding process control measures to meet the service environment of welding joints, improved the performance stability of welding joints, and provided a certain reference for the subsequent welding of such materials.
