Research on the friction welding performance of joints of turbocharger turbine disk and rotor shaft
The friction welding of turbocharger GH2132 turbine disk and 42CrMo spindle was studied and analyzed from welding process to mechanical properties and metallographic structure, and the joints obtained by different process parameters(time and pressure)were tested for macroscopic and microscopic inspection and mechanical properties. The welding condition of the sample was observed, the metallographic structure characteristics of the welding site were observed and analyzed by optical microscope, and the hardness distribution characteristics were analyzed by hardness test(HV0.5)at the welding site. The data of alloying elements at the interface were analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer. The ideal welding process parameters were obtained by analyzing the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of welding joints. The key process parameters and equipment selection requirements were determined, which provided reference for the friction welding process of heterologous superalloy materials.
