地铁车站暗挖工程塑料防水板焊接固定工艺研究

为提高地铁车站暗挖部分塑料排水板的焊接质量和焊接效率,文中提出采用三焊缝爬焊-电磁焊施工工艺(防水板搭接缝采用三焊缝爬焊施工,防水板与热熔垫片之间采用电磁焊)进行防水板的焊接固定施工,并对比分析了三焊缝爬焊-电磁焊、热熔焊和超声波焊之间的技术经济性.结果表明:采用三焊缝爬焊-电磁焊对ECB塑料防水板进行施工,综合施工效率可以分别为热熔焊和超声波焊的6倍和2倍,经济效益分别较热熔焊和超声波焊提高32%和15.2%,返焊率分别较热熔焊和超声波焊降低19%和9%,具有十分明显的技术经济优势.
Research on welding and fixing technology of plastic waterproof board in underground excavation engineering of subway stations
In order to improve the welding quality and efficiency of plastic drainage boards in the underground excavation of subway stations,a three seam climbing welding and electromagnetic welding construction process was proposed for the welding and fixing construction of waterproof boards.The technical and economic benefits of three seam climbing welding and electromagnetic welding,hot melt welding and ultrasonic welding were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive construction efficiency of using three seam climbing welding and electromagnetic welding for the construction of ECB plastic waterproof board could be 6 times and 2 times that of hot melt welding and ultrasonic welding,respectively.The economic benefits were 32%and 15.2%higher than that of hot melt welding and ultrasonic welding,respectively.The rewelding rate was reduced by 19%and 9%compared to hot melt welding and ultrasonic welding,respectively,which had a very obvious technical and economic advantage.
