摘要

为了解决炼化企业生产装置存在的实际问题,保证一次性焊接修复成功,有效延长高温环境TP304H奥氏体不锈钢部件的使用寿命,文中针对开裂原因进行了分析,并对焊接裂纹的有关问题进行阐述,讲述了裂纹彻底切除和性能还原的优缺点,论证了修复时降低焊缝拘束度以减小残余应力的具体操作.

Abstract

In order to solve the practical problems existing in the production equipment of refining enterprises,ensure the success of one-time welding repair,and effectively extend the service life of TP304H austenitic stainless steel components in high temperature environments,the causes of cracking and the relevant issues of welding cracks were analyzed in the article.The advantages and disadvantages of thorough crack removal and performance restoration were discussed,and the specific operation of reducing weld seam restraint to reduce residual stress during repair was demonstrated.
