体积收缩法预测LNG储罐内罐焊接变形

通过Visual-Assembly软件对LNG储罐内罐典型焊缝的焊接接头进行模拟,并将模拟数据与试验数据进行对比,以确保模拟数据的可靠性.将简化接头的焊缝及热影响区的网格复制到LNG储罐模型中,对储罐的焊接变形进行预测.结果显示,3块典型焊接接头的小尺寸钢板模拟结果与试验结果接近,证明模拟结果的可行性;LNG储罐内罐的模拟结果显示4人、8人和11人的焊接变形基本一致,但是11人同时焊接的焊接效率最高;整装整焊和随装随焊2种焊接顺序下产生的焊接变形基本一致;横焊、立焊均采用TIP-TIG焊比立焊采用TIP-TIG焊、横焊采用SAW产生的焊接变形小,并且它们的变形方式不一样.
Prediction of welding deformation in LNG storage tanks by shrinkage method
Visual-Assembly software was used to simulate the welded joints of typical welds in LNG storage tanks,and the simulated data was compared with the experimental data to ensure the reliability of the simulated data.The grid of simplified joint welds and heat-affected zone was copied into the LNG tank model to predict the welding deformation of the tank.The results showed that the simulation results of small size steel plates with three typical welded joints were close to the experimental results,which proved the feasibility of the simulation results.The simulation results of the inner tank of LNG storage tank showed that the welding deformation of 4,8 and 11 people was basically the same,but the welding efficiency of 11 people at the same time was the highest.The welding deformation under the two welding sequences was basically the same.TIP-TIG(TT)for horizontal welding and TT(TT+TT)for vertical welding resulted in less welding deformation than TT(TT+TT)for vertical welding and(TT+SAW)for horizontal welding,and their deformation modes were different.
