摘要

作为华龙一号核岛安全壳钢衬里的重要组成部分,钢衬里底板具有焊接工程量大、工期紧、施工难度大等特点.经对施工重难点分析表明:焊缝根部熔合质量、道间清渣、返修工艺控制等是核岛钢衬里底板施工质量的控制要点.通过一系列有针对性的施工质量控制措施:组对贴合控制、打底焊接工艺优化、道间清理控制、返修挖凿及焊接控制等,有效保证了 HPR1000核电站核岛钢衬里底板拼装焊接质量,为薄壁大尺寸设备或部件的拼焊施工质量控制提供了一定参考.

Abstract

As an important part of HPR1000 nuclear island steel lining,steel lining bottom plate has the characteristics of large welding engineering,tight construction period and difficult construction.The analysis results showed that the quality of weld root fusion,slag cleaning and repair process control were the key points in the construction quality control of the steel lining bottom plate.Through a series of targeted construction quality control measures,such as group bonding control,bottom welding process optimization,tunnel cleaning control,repair excavation and welding control,the quality of HPR1000 nuclear island steel lining bottom plate was effectively guaranteed,which provided a certain reference for the welding quality control of thin-walled large-sized equipment or components.
