和谐型电力机车构架牵引座组成的焊接工艺

以和谐型电力机车构架牵引座组成为研究对象,分析探讨了 MAG焊焊接构架牵引座组成焊缝成形、焊缝显微组织及力学性能的工艺.结果表明:在既定的焊接工艺条件下和谐型电力机车转向架构架牵引座组成MAG焊,焊后焊缝成形良好,磁粉探伤合格,焊接接头检测结果达到ISO 5817 B级;焊接热影响区组织为细块状铁素体+珠光体,焊缝组织主要为先共析铁素体、贝氏体和珠光体.维氏硬度试验表明:转向架构架牵引座组成焊接接头硬度适中,接头淬硬倾向小,对冷裂不敏感.
Research on welding process of harmonious electric locomotive bogie frame traction seat
Welding process research of MAG welding on appearance,microstructure and mechanical property of bogie frame traction seat of a harmonious electric locomotive was investigated in the paper.The results showed that in the established conditions of welding process,the welds of the bogie frame traction seat of the harmonious electric locomotive were in good shape after MAG welding,and the magnetic particle inspection was qualified.The welded joint detection results met requirements of ISO 5817 B-level.The microstructure of weld heat-affected zone was fine massive ferrite+pearlite,the weld microstructure was mainly proeutectoid ferrite,bainite and pearlite.The Vickers hardness test showed that the hardness of the weld joint was moderate,and the joint had a small tendency to harden,making it insensitive to cold cracking.
